I feel this 100%. Especially when the bottoms of milks get covered in the bar liquid lol

whenever I get put onto a bar that’s dirty, I always have to take a moment to clean everything (at least put the milks away) so that I can properly function lol

I legitimately can't focus if bar is dirty, makes it super hard for me to really do anything until I can get it clean lol

I feel, I always clean my station if I’m planted before someone else takes over. I have a system and a mess does not help 🥲🥲

When the machine is crusted in old espresso 😍😍 especially when the counter is flooded 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 but seriously I always clean my bar before I start bc I feel myself getting an attitude when it’s dirty bc I can’t focus

yesss 😭 when i’m on cold bar and all of the milks are out, all of the pitchers are all over the place, there’s whip cream and splatters on the counter. it irritates me so much i need to at least reorganize everything until i get into my flow

No. I just talked to my manager about this during my PDC because it drives me nuts. There’s one person in specific at my store who I have this issue with.

i never minded if i got switched to a messy bar, because i get how hard it is during peak to keep things clean sometimes. but you bet your aunt petunia im taking my time to clean it up before i get started.

Absolutely not. This is my biggest pet peeve. At the very least clean whatever the heck you flooded your bar with so the cups don’t slide around when you put them down.

I would start letting the shift know that when they switch you to any position and it isn’t clean, the person before you doesnt get to leave.
