Talk to your manager about this, it should be a non issue. I’d have to ask mine if it even registers a mark out, if nothing was actually marked out. Mistakes happen and that’s not what they are monitoring the reports for.

I would talk to manager or shift supervisor about it and they should be able to void the transaction and clear it. Plus, this way they know of the mistake made and won’t get in trouble down the line.
