Yea my manager told me he hired me because I talked a lot and seemed outgoing. I’m dead inside. I’m guessing they outgoing people for those customer connection times

That’s so weird cuz I was bubbly as hell for one of my interviews trying to match my energy with the manager which was hard bc she had that I’m quirky and special vibe which ereked me and I got hit with the same response at the end! She was asking all these questions that I felt were non essential in a job interview, questions I’ve never been asked before like wtf!! Honestly I don’t get it sometimes! I hope your next job interview goes well !!
