I've had two partners quit in the last month (they made $12/hr) and easily got another job at two different places, both making $15/hr now for way nicer working conditions (work from home Walmart call center support job and Target Starbucks job). I'm mostly staying at my current job out of respect to my manager and coworkers so that we can get some new people trained before I dip. Starbucks really needs to re-focus on what's important and decide if they are fast food or not because right now this place is a meat-grinder and the turnover plus the expectations is insane.
