Hey everyone, weren’t we supposed to get a raise this month? Do you know when that starts, because I just got my paystub and my pay rate listed is the same as September… 🤔

I believe this pay period ended on the 3rd, so that makes sense. I guess I’ll see it on my next paycheck. Thank you guys!

Go to partner info, it has a section where it shows all pay changes and promotions on there.

I've read this somewhere else, too, but can't seem to find anything in any of the sections. I have the following:

- - - Digital Pay
- - - Emergency Contact
- - - Address Phone and E-mail
- - - E-Consent & Communication
- - - Partner Information
- - - Personal Information
- - - Tax Area Info
- - - W4 Information
- - - Partner Card
- - - Voluntary Self-ID of Disability Survey
- - - Refugee Hiring Initiative
- - - Voluntary Self-ID of LGBTQIA+ and Gender Identity
- - - Declared Cash Tips
- - - Essential Worker Verification
I've looked under all those and haven't seen anything. The closest I can get is each pay period's pay stubs under "Pay Statement".

I heard only certain states have the pay rate on partner info. Your manager should be able to pull it up for you tho

I hade to be a buzzkill but even if they gave you a 10% raise, you’re still being paid the same. The US’ inflation reports are aligning up with that of 2008’s, so an economic fallout is right around the corner. In the last 5 months, inflation has been up 5% each of those months. So a 25% raise is what should be happening. Starbucks is underpaying you. And soon enough they’re going to have to lay off thousands of workers to pull themselves out of the absolute Shit storm that is pulling up.
