This annoys me. I have a regular who always wants extra whip and gets mad if it's not like extra extra whip and it wasn't enough so she complained so we poured out some of her drink to make room for the whip and she was like why are you pouring out my drink. Like it seems like common sense? How else will we do extra whip. The space doesn't magically appear. To do extra of one thing you have to take out some of something else so if everything is extra that doesn't really work??

I have had someone order a Gr Ic Cof with 12 pumps of V and ex Van Sw Cr foam and tell me it's still bitter, I suggest to have it with milk so it's not so much coffee but she told me she can't have the milk (but the sweet cream foam isn't milk 🤔). Yeah I don't she likes coffee 😐

I have to imagine the thought process was something like... "the less coffee the better, so ill fill up the rest of the space with as much sugary goodness as possible since that's what I REALLY wanted to order"

Someone today ordered a grande iced white mocha with 5 pumps of caramel, 3 extra pumps of white mocha, and like 4 of vanilla and his eyes widened when he saw so much syrup like what? How are you surprised 😭😭

I’ll never understand the VB powder in any iced coffee/non shaken drink..I just sits at the bottom. I guess they are going for a lil extra *crunch*
