Had a customer today hovering my bar who decided to just seat himself, to which of course I had to tell him "I'm sorry sir, we don't have indoor seating right now, but we do have patio seating available" and he started mouthing off saying "This rule doesn't make any sense, I need a manager to come over here and explain that to me" and I just stopped responding to him and de-caffeinated his cappuccino. Get owned, loser, stop being an antagonistic asshole to the person trying to make your drink.

decaf-ing people’s drinks is the only acceptable way to fuck with their drinks and i will support it always. people who give dairy to people who ordered nondairy or any other way of changing peoples drinks bc they’re pissed off though all need to be sued bc that could actually hurt someone.

i love giving assholes decaf! :) I personally also like to do one less pump of syrup(s) in drinks, "forgetting" whipped cream in things like mochas/PSLs, or extra ice if they happen to not order light ice. not harmful in the slightest (especially since 99% of the time, they're too busy being assholes to notice), but definitely sends a message teehee

I do decaf too. I’d literally never put dairy if they asked for non dairy but a little water and extra ice never hurt anyone ;)

I was on bar once listening to our green bean take a guy's order. The entire transaction, his only words to her were "grande latte." I was pouring decaf before he'd even paid for it

One of my coworkers was doing warming while I was doing drive thru and they heard a lady being rude to me so they took off the mozzarella on her tomato and mozzarella panini 💀

Yes I give decaf. It’s the smallest fucking power move. Why? Because you just power moved me. You know I’m at a customer oriented job and your starting problems that I’m not in control of! But I can control the caffeine levels in your drink… asshole!
