Former Barista: Should I go back? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I used to be a barista and I really enjoyed the work, but my store manager made everything so much harder than it should have been. She is no longer a store manager, and I am looking for a job. Should I go back? Is it worth it? I know life with the siren can be difficult, but I am in a good head space. Can current baristas help me make a pros and cons list?

maybe talk to the baristas who work there to get an idea of how working under this newer manager is. but I'd say totally go for it! I've worked at Starbucks for 5 years now and I've always enjoyed it! I love how fast-paced and social it is. I meet tons of new friends through work :) Do what's best for you!

The new manager is the old asm from when i worked there before. He is really great.
