Okay, so this is my first post ever on reddit so bear with me here lol.

Last Saturday I had an interview for a local Starbucks. It went great, only lasted 10 minutes, and for my first ever job interview, was a great introduction to the world of interviews/applying. The interviewer even said that he’d love to hire me and have me on the team! This was great because I have always wanted to work as a barista, and a few friends from school work there already so I figured it’ll be fun. The thing is, I am 15. Born in 05, i just have a late bday (December 29). I did some research and found that the min age to work at Starbucks in Ontario at least, is 16. Does this mean there’s no chance of me getting the job? Should I call back as soon as I turn 16 to apply for a second time? Thanks in advance for all of your guys help :))
