My store got some samples of the christmas ingredients this week, anyone else’s store got theirs yet? We can’t sell it yet of course, but god did I miss the toasted white hot chocolate. <3

That’s great, considering I personally don’t like coffee fraps. I was highly curious about the sugar cookie too, i was scared it would end up like funnel cake : Sounding great but tasting awful

we got the flavors in but my store manager wont let us try them until launch which is just. ridiculous imo. we should be allowed to try the flavors before launch so we can tell customers how they taste, yknow?

mhmm. but apparently, according to my sm, just reading the recipe cards shold be enough, not like half our night crew is still learning how to make the current menu drinks 🙄

I have everyone make the drinks and taste them every seasonal change if they havent, you need to know what youre making and selling if someone asks about taste! Though we do wait until right before launch, so that everything we open is still good

I love that I work at a corporate store now bc I actually get to try everything before it’s released! When I was at a licensed store my manager was so strict about not touching anything that wasn’t released yet
