I had my interview last week, and some of the questions that they asked me were, what do you do to make your store better, how are you showing responsibility and initiative, how do I coach partners and situations where I have had to coach, what are some of my personal goals and things im working on personally. I was blessed to have the interview with the store manager from my sister store but even tho I know him and all I was still super nervous
