Unfortunately all of ours are sealed. This woulda been a life saver for the cold bar drain that is literally never cleaned. I hate my store sm

Most of the green is matcha, the white is mold

As long as it isn't caulked into the cabinet (which it should NOT be) you just lift it out

The small ice bins that are going into new or remodeled stores, they don't go into the counter, rather they have a little metal cabinet. It makes plumbing, cleaning and installation easier.
