I’ve only worked here since March so idk how to go about reporting someone, but aren’t there district manager cards and stuff usually at the store so you can contact people about stuff like this?

Straight up, call the store and ask for the managers contact info, then show them these messages. They'll be fired (what they deserve for threatening you) also if the restraining order thing is true I believe you should be able to report her violating it which would land her in some trouble. Best of luck, don't let her scare you. She is messaging you thru a fake acct bc she's scared of the real life implications of it. Don't let her get away w it
