I keep having dreams about Starbucks, like I’ll be working in my dreams. And it’s always about a customer giving me a problem. I keep waking up in the middle of the night too from it, it sucks ass and I wish it could stop. I don’t know how to make it go away though it’s been happening for weeks now!

This happens to me too from time to time. What helps me is ranting to my boyfriend or parents about work. Before leaving work I also tend to tell myself once I leave the store everything that happened that day is behind me and doesn't matter. There will always be better days.

Before going to bed at night, spend a few minutes remembering something really awesome in your life. A vacation you took, party with friends; anything that you can remember vivid, positive details about. Even talk it out loud to yourself. Do not think of your past dreams. Do not think of work. Just focus on one really good memory, and fully relive it. See if that helps at all.

Hoping for better dreams for you!

This plus writing about your frustrations before bed can help get it out of your head.
