If given the choice, would you invest your own money into Starbucks stock, out of the tens of thousands of other potential stocks out there? If yes, don’t sell.

If no, sell the vested shares and invest/use the money elsewhere for whatever is in line with your financial goals (index fund in an IRA, paying down debt, boosting emergency savings, etc).
