Find a store you'd rather work at. Call them and ask to speak to the Store Manager. Then you ask if they have room for you and your preferred schedule/hours. If yes, you tell your manager you already spoke to them and make up some BS about it being closer to your house or something so you don't have to tell them how bad they suck. As cathartic as it can be, it doesn't help you stay in the company.
