Hey guys! Any good ideas on how to get a better customer connection score, other than the obvious talking and relating to customers? I'm just in charge of the customer connections at my store, and was wondering if anybody had any ideas because I'm kinda at a loss 😃 thanks for any help!

Don't worry about a metric that only gets your manager a bonus :)
But on a serious note: we try fun raffles for cups, customer of the week, fun "questions of the day" (like would you rather be animal x or y)

I personally customer disconnect. It’s really easy and u should try it out!

My coworker and I like to do polls in the drive thru, ask people if they’ve seen a certain movie (our favorite to ask about is the Bee Movie), which movie out of two they prefer, etc.
