I’m confused OP. Is the picture of an incorrect drink? Also, does she get the entire thing made with sweet cream? An iced flat white but hot is just a flat white.

You can’t order a drink with sweet cream as the milk on the app bc sweet cream is not a milk or alternative milk, it is an add-in. You can only order it made that way in store. Up until recently my store was not even allowed to make drinks this way because it is not considered a milk.

No this is the correct drink but I was wondering what I ask for when I reorder or mobile order? Does the vanilla mean vanilla syrup? Also yes usually whole thing with sweet cream (fight her on the insane amount of sugar and fat on it all the time 🥲)

i’m just going out on a whim here, but i think the vanilla, heavy cream, and 2% was just the baristas way of putting vanilla sweet cream in without charging the whole dollar that it costs to get since those are the main ingredients of vsc. unfortunately, there is still no way to order a whole drink made with sweet cream on the mobile order and pay app, but you can always order the drink in person as a flat white made with sweet cream which can always be made hot or iced.

yes it would be vanilla syrup. if you wanted to order what you described in your comment would be a vanilla flat white with sweet cream instead of the standard whole milk if i read you correctly. but vanilla sweet cream is not a milk and is an additional aspect of the drink so you couldn’t mobile order it like that

You can't mobile order drinks with SC as the main milk. Just order it at the POS.
