Lmao. I had a floor of all under 1-month partners. We hit 30-45min ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Idk why people stayed, but I just gave out recovery cards lol.

We had something similar once. We had a customer that refused to leave the drive through after we asked them to leave after throwing a drink back through the window. The cops managed to persuade him to pull through though. :)

Once I had a lady at my speaker for over 8 minutes. She was very quiet and mumbled and asked questions about half the food, including prices, wanting to know the difference between items, etc. then she moved on to drinks. She had no idea what she wanted. She seemed concerned about prices so finally by the end I was like...water. We have water and it's free, it's the best water, triple filtered! She was like, what kind of water is it? Is it carbonated? I was like...no, it's just good, free, filtered water. I'll put you down for a grande. See you at the window! I could not.

Store a few weeks ago we had three callouts there was only five of us and play and we are a $12,000 a day store so when I was put on R1 for a moment I turned off white mocha and cold brew for mobile orders just a slow things down for a few hours

Had an 18min time once because my shift wouldn’t let me tell our cold bar what I needed at the window because we just didn’t get along at that point. Cold bar was doing all the drinks in reverse chronological order, so the person at the window had their drinks made last. Most of the drinks made before that order got thrown out because people just left the line.

Worst we had were 45min at my store about 5 years ago

apparently on one of our shifts last day

-there was multiple call out
-manager would not come in to help
-the only two baristas working were new and didn't know how to bar and didn't know all prep recipes
-manager wouldn't turn off mobiles/uber allow them them to shut down cafe

and the dt time was a whopping 37 minutes :)
