I’m always off on mondays and on a Tuesday I took a dt order in which she said she spoke to “insert my name” the previous day about a remake drink. I honestly didn’t know how to respond

yes! one time a woman called the store about five minutes after picking up her mobile order and claimed that i (she mentioned me by name to my manager) had “purposely fiddled with the lid” on her cup because when she was driving to work her coffee spilled on her…

Thank God no, but they have tried 💅

YEARS ago (like around 2012), at an absolute nightmare of a store, I was closing and my SSV was talking to some customers as they ordered. He, I emphasize, HE made a “joke” to them “you better be nice or she’ll put window cleaner in your drinks!”

The next day, at my teaching assistant job, I got a call from the hobbit of an SM asking if I put cleaning product in drinks because a woman had called the store this morning because she didn’t feel well and thought I poisoned her. It took far longer than it ever should have to convince the SM that (1) I didn’t even SAY what she was accusing me of and (2) I would NEVER. She even had the balls to say she’d have to check with the SSV and see if he backed up my story.

I hated that SM for a lot but I never forgot this one. My current SM remembers her, also not fondly.
