sounds like op's store is next to a stadium and they ticket people who dont sign their cars into their lot because they want it to be for customers only. One day, their car sign in didnt work, and a customer was wrongfully ticketed. They sorted it out for the customer so he didnt have to pay the ticket. However, the customer got another ticket and is harassing OP about getting it fixed, eventhough the car sign in works now. OP wants to know what to do about that.
