What’s crazy is that it used to be made with honey packets, by standard. The stickiness that involved making a honey citrus mint tea every single time was overwhelming.

They are the cups we use for espresso shots and kid sized hot choclates. Smaller than a short! Its the hot water that matters, makes the honey a lot easier to work with. Just dont burn your fingers

my store is connected to a chipotle, so we get a lot of “HI CAN I GET A BOWL WITH WHITE RICE!!” and they get so mad when we tell them we’re starbucks. 😭

That’s a good notion! I do remember it being a thing that started happening and being ordered after some Pinterest post. However, maybe the addition of peppermint wasn’t as popular nationally as I thought it was.

The original medicine ball was back in the day it was a packet of refresh tea and a packet of calm tea with two packs honey and two pumps peppermint. It was so much better than the medicine ball now. I really miss our Tazo teas

It is. I’ve never heard anyone say it and mean anything else other than honey citrus mint. Possibly this person’s store medicine ball is honey citrus mint with peppermint? But not in any store I’ve ever worked in! Medicine ball is just another name for honey citrus mint.

No, the medicine ball is a “secret menu” drink. It is a common confusion because of Pinterest then tiktok. The medicine ball is a none menu drink that is a honey citrus mint tea with pumps of peppermint added. It is pretty good. Lots of people just assumed that it was the honey citrus mint tea upon the arrival of the Pinterest that circulated about 5 years ago. They are two separate drinks. And it’s stupid. I hate that I know this.
