Really, just be yourself and be honest. Feel free to ask as many questions as you feel are necessary. If you need a moment to answer questions posed to you, don't be afraid to let your interviewer know. The main thing is to just be comfortable and confident. Good luck!

I interviewed two years ago but I remember my manager saying how he liked that I mentioned wanting to work for things such as benefits, because it was clear I had done my research on the company. I found it to be one of the easiest interviews I’ve done. It’s just normal scenario questions, like what would you do in blah blah situation.

Don't show up? Just kidding (no I'm not, run). Just be yourself. Take some time at the beginning to introduce yourself and ask some questions of the interviewer(s). They love that shit, as it's what they want you to do with customers. Make plenty of eye contact. Try not to use filler words. Have good posture. Honestly, as long as your answers show a thinking person, the other stuff (first impressions) matter much more. Ask your own questions too, like "what is your favorite thing about working at Starbucks?" This will help develop a relationship with the interviewer and help the process not fell like an interrogation.
