Can you please say half and half or cream!!! instead of “sweet cream “ I’m gonna think you’re asking for vanilla sweet cream. Oh and if you say vanilla sweet cream can you please specify if it’s vanilla sweet cream or vanilla sweet cream cold foam! TIA.. I have someone come in asking for ice vanilla coffee with sweet cream. I added the vanilla sweet cream thinking that’s what he meant and he got sooo mad saying that he’s paying too much usually it’s 3 something. So my coworker helped me and marked splash of half and half instead.

I had a girl say “with cream” yesterday and because of this exact problem I asked her “Okay, so was that half and half or sweet cream?” And she stopped to look at her friend like I’m the stupid one before saying “Yes, I want creamer.” So she got half and half lol I wasn’t gonna argue about how we don’t have creamer. PLEASE CLARIFY omg especially about the cold foam vs. sweet cream foam.

If someone says "cream" they mean half and half. That's how I was trained and I've literally never had someone say "cream" and mean "vanilla sweet cream", that doesn't even make any sense.

Exactly that’s how I was trained this person said sweet cream and meant half and half. He could of just said cream lol because it confuses me to vanilla sweet cream…not just that he got so angry that I was asking him if if it’s “vanilla sweet cream or cream and he yelled sweet cream!! he said that why so many questions!!! Normally I just get the usual and move on!! “He didn’t realize I was new!
