Hey partners! I'm a Green bean of a week lol, I'm already overwhelmed and I have processing disorders so it takes me a while to pick up on things. When on restocking does this include fridges in the different stations and BOH? Like I never know if I should be making pitchers or cubes of prepped items, ( like VSC and SAR). Mb I just need to get into a rhythm. 🤷♀️☕

restock everything. if there’s no backups for VSC or whipped cream or you see the bottled syrups are extremely low (about to not work) refill/get a new one, always check bar fridges as the people on bar can’t really leave to restock during fast paced moments.. never be afraid to just ask what people may need
