Salted foam is 2 packs of salt and 2 pumps caramel (half dose pump) im pretty sure? Ill check the recipe card tmrw

Caramel goes into the actual cold brew but I heard news on them possibly switching the recipe soon to vanilla I think? I always do 1 packet because every time I’ve done 2 customers have complained

Idk if theres a difference between the us and canada but in canada the recipe changed to vanilla in cold brew, and caramel in foam

Gotcha, yeah that’s what I thought they were gonna do but my store just hasn’t had that update yet. I definitely prefer it the old way from the sounds of it hahah

Yeah regardless the standard for salted cream CF stays the same because people can order it without order a salted caramel cold foam cold brew

They did change the recipe. 2 full pumps caramel into the 100ml of vsc with the salt AND 1-2-3-4 pumps vanilla in the cold brew. Tastes a lot better imo!

I do it on 4 because it never sinks as I put it in the drink, it’s a great consistency but 3 and 4 will give you a similar effect. The closer people get to 1 and 2 the close an explosion 😂😂

Not sure if I'm reading this right but iced chais don't get any water?? And I was taught not to double cup drinks unless the customer specifically requests for it.

Iced chai does get water but just a splash to dilute the concentrate. And at my store we double cup.
