Me on espresso bar. Register came pretty quick bc I’ve been preciously been a cashier, but trying to remember everything for espresso is killer.

Yeah that’s what killing me. It’s when the customers want to add a bunch of stuff I’ve never heard of before. I got it down a little bit at the end.

the thing that helped me out the most was typing the order in my phone or writing it down as it was said and then pushing it through after they left. it's easier to slowly take the order, write it down, put the next car on hold for a minute so you can punch it in correctly. about 2-3 days of doing this and i knew where everything was.
