It doesn't curdle. There's nothing about sweet cream that's gonna make it curdle when whipped cream or cold heavy cream doesn't. It's just gonna melt, but so does whip?!? Literally don't know what the fuss is about if they wanna pay for it let them

We just let them add it. If they wanna pay extra for something that’s basically whipped cream that will just melt faster…

You can do it. Just warn them that the drink will still be hot underneath. Or don't. It's not like they care.
