A guy at our store was yelling at our shift because he has to wait 5 mins for his drinks. he told him “if i was your boss you would be fired” then proceeded to threaten one of our other partners by saying “i would fight you but you’re to smol to take me on” and he’s been banned. So I would definitely look into reporting it.

It gives you an option to select the type of incident. Customer is on there. We’ve been instructed to submit them that way, but you can still call in too. As long as it gets reported! There just has to be a paper trail.

One of the first pages in the Daily Records Book is a list of help lines and service numbers! You can find it in there (the DRB, big book your supervisors use and write in every day)

Wow.. the disrespect from her- she should just make her own goddamn drinks then. The fact that she has the audacity to throw a fit over something so small and she KEEPS acting this way, and is BEING REWARDED! The more I read about Starbucks the more I realize how terrible it truly is.
