I don't know about you, we all just got a 5% raise and tenured partners got a bonus 1% on top of that.

But even so, a large majority of us still aren’t making livable wages. They’re paying us the absolute bare minimum

Starbucks doesn't set the minimum wage. Talk to your state legislators. WA State minimum wage just went up to $14.49 October 1st. And EVERYONE at my store makes considerably more than than.

my state’s min wage is $9.30, but everyone who isn’t a shift at my store is making no more than $12. considering rent alone is easily $1,200+ in most areas (and that’s before other bills and other necessary expenses!), that’s nowhere enough to work at starbucks alone
