Non union guys make like 40k…I make 65-80 but pay couple hundred-thousand in dues. Worth it. Can send my kids to college.

Very proud of the work our unions have done, not just for themselves, but for all workers. Thanks for spreading the word, may all workers one day have the free choice to a union!

The company my husband works for 🔥 is unionized and he makes over $50+ an hour and only pays $80 a paycheck for union fees.

I'm going to be honest, I have no clue what it means to unionize. The whole thing is so confusing to me.

In simple terms it's workers coming together, or forming a union, in order to collectively bargain for better pay, better working conditions, better benefits, shorter hours, etc. Unions are very effective and super important to any labor movement!

I left starbucks for a union job and don’t regret it at all. My new job is great. I just miss the free coffee
