Technically we’re not allowed to bring weapons but in the module they only show a picture of a sword 😂 So I take that as, bring anything that’s not a sword. In all seriousness though, bring what you need. My SSV brings those sharp knuckle thingies, and I always carry mace on my keys. Be safe always.

Most of the girls I’ve worked with have all had self defense keychains. Just laid out on the break table lol.

I always forget and bring my pocket knife in my pocket to work. My manager doesn't care - she's actually has randomly came up to me like "I need your knife", has taken it to cut open a chai box, and then returned it (all while I was humming "comeeee with meeee and you'll beeee in a world of OSHA violationsssss" as I watched her literally stab a box of chai 🤣).

Yeah, you should be fine. I always keep my pocket knife in my bag and then when I leave the store I put it in my pocket. My coworkers know I walk home most days but even 30 minutes away (walking distance) from my house anything can happen and I like to be prepared.

Yeah I think if you leave them closed in your bag, so maybe just not visible on a keychain/lanyard or something like thatX

As far as I'm aware the weapon policy just has the vague idea of "weapons" I say my pocket knife is a tool and so long as people don't see if they will never know you had it for mace, taser, firearm.

I mean if its in your bag, why would it matter? Even if it's not allowed, no one's sifting through your bag
