“Hi I have a mobile order for Trevor” as I was setting down the last drink. It was almost poetic, I could’ve cried.

I remember this one time a customer came through the drive thru saying he had a mobil pick up that he placed 2 min ago and it was an 11 drink order 🥲 He atleast gave a $5 tip

once a woman had a order of 50 fraps in the drive thru, we asked her to come into the cafe and wait (she tipped 50$ but it was still RIDICULOUS)

Oof, had someone order 13 cold bar drinks one time, during peak as well. Came to pick them up less than 10 minutes later. Not a fun day. I can feel the pain and tears that went into making these drinks, I feel for you guys.

So once upon a time I worked in a standalone (now in a kiosk, much more relaxed) near the LA area. We often did drink orders for film crews. I can't even imagine these going through mobile now, but I would guess they have to. Used to be they'd just call it in. Not even an email, they'd call on the phone and you'd have to write it up, then put it all on the cups, then make it, then ring it when they got there. Now I guess that would probably mess some things up if you did it that way? Because ringing it up would print out the stickers, right? Heck if I know anymore.
