Per my local health code, everything must be identified & have a posted expiration. So, like the bux supplies label stickers for the inclusion containers and if you use those you only need an exp date.

I am not aware of a specific document, although I would be surprised if there wasn't one on the partner hub. At our store, we aren't entirely consistent between items: sometimes we use two day dots, sometimes we write names with a chalk marker, sometimes there is a permanent printed label, but not trying to cram all on one day dots, that's a new one. SM and DM that I have worked with are pretty laissez faire about it so long as the info is present somewhere on it. Take that for what you will.

The only things where you need to write out what the product is are on cubes that serve different purposes. So let’s say you’re dating a lemonade pitcher…you don’t need to write lemonade bc the lid says what it is. Same with ice coffee or caramel bottles etc. things like sweet cream and inclusion containers should have the Starbucks peel off labels on them so you don’t waste time writing things out or doubling up on date dots. We even use our small label maker to use on things like the Curtis since we have one for iced coffee and each refresher now…
