We steam lemonade and apple juice already. Ive steamed iced coffee for a customer before. It’s weird, but doesn’t do any harm

My SM introduced me to this, it was actually really good? Unexpectedly smooth taste when steamed. Granted this was during a close and we just used a tall hot cup and not for a customer.

It’s not going to hurt the machine so I don’t see why it would be a problem. We steam cold lemonade and apple juice.

Same. I had someone try but luckily they gave up but both my shifts agreed hell no 😂. Dutch bros is somewhat nearby and they sell toasted cold brew 🤦♂️

I have a regular who gets this all the time. She’s also nice about it when a barista is confused about the request and it’s not an issue. Like others say, it’s not really any different than steaming lemonade, apple juice, etc.

It’s a Dutch Bros thing. My dad gets it there and loves it. People probably assume Starbucks does it too. My dad said the SB baristas were so confused when he tried ordering one there but didn’t know why 😂
