Hey there, I've been a partner about 3-4 months, and due to some extenuating circumstances I need to move back to my hometown and was hoping to transfer stores. How does it work to transfer out of state?

My first step is to talk to my SM and make sure I can even do it in the first place, but I mentioned it to two of my SSVs and they said if there is availability at another store I could, but when I looked up on the careers site, it doesn't show any stores hiring for baristas, just an SM which I am definitely not qualified for.
