It’s starts with the manager imo. They need to nip drama quickly before it spreads like wildfire. Unless the manager is the drama starter which isn’t unheard of

If your SM's cool, you can request a transfer before your six months are up. I transferred after only two months from one drama-less store to another haven full of new friends. What I'm trying to say is: There is an over the rainbow.
