Iced coffees and everything hot get full pumps, cold drinks get half. Easiest way to think of it.

Fraps, named cold brews, Shaken espressos, and anything with Liquid Cane gets half pumps.

Everything else is full pumps. Even adding a syrup to tea or refreshers or cold brew is full pumps.

Half "cold bar" pumps are used for fraps, iced tea, refreshers (if syrup is added), cold brew, and iced shaken espressos. Half pumps are not used for hot drinks, iced lattes/flat whites/machiattos/etc. or for iced coffee.

Some syrups on your cold bar are probably fitted with actual cold bar pumps that pump out half as much, but you usually just half to use half as many pumps of syrups that are only on hot bar. It's also possible that you may have some hot bar pumps on your cold bar. (our pumpkin pump is actually a hot bar pump but a lot of our new employees don't realize so some people are getting twice the pumpkin in their fraps and foam)
