i’m hanging up my apron as soon as i secure another job. it’s not worth the emotional turmoil. i shouldn’t have burn marks all over my hand because i wasn’t working the oven fast enough to please my manager. i shouldn’t be told to “stop throwing temper tantrums” for silently tearing up after being yelled at when i have severe anxiety. this shit isn’t fair lmao

people are always so mean to whoever’s on oven. it’s probably the most stressful position there is. i’m so sorry you had to go through that, please do what’s best for you.

I feel you, and your feelings are valid. Your manager is just desensitized and lack human emotions after being in the industry for so long probably. Remember that you're human and you're doing the best you can, that will always be good enough
