Christmas is usually good, customers tip more, you get more hours, maybe talk to your shift about training more on hot/cold bar. Start with open communication and see where it goes.
This is my 2nd time around with Starbucks (3rd If you count license store) and last time I was mainly CS/register, but now, every time I’m there I’m either DTO or taking over bars…if it seems like a store issue, escalate it. Just have the hard conversation first.
