So that's illegal

I had a drunk guy come in (still drinking his vodka and pink lemonade..eewww) at 6.30 am and ask me to borrow my phone, I said no sir I'm sorry we're not allowed. He was yelling for like 10 minutes and then threw his drink at me (like man wth..come on). So my shift and just stood there dumb founded. Just then a cop regular came and we told him what happened. He's like oh ok.. finds the guy 2 minutes later, brings him back and asks 'hey this him", we both nod and say yes. Our cop friend was like " ok then" and took him to the drunk tank. Lol that guys face was priceless.

A lady was upset with her croissant and slammed it on the metal ledge at the window. It was “over baked.“ We tried to resolve the issue with refund or remake, and the situation did not improve. We slid the window shut because she was swearing and she threw the croissant at the window, and she even got out of her car. Then, one of our shifts went to the window to try to resolve it one more time because the lady was still there, they had some kind of a verbal altercation, and then the lady drove around to the front of the store, came in, and whacked the drinks at the bar back at us. She ran off before we could do anything. Five minutes later customers were asking when they could get their coffee. We had to clean up and remake so much.

Craziest thing? A guy high on meth or pcp r something crazy jumped the bar and charged me. So yeah got assaulted, no big deal, just another day as a barista
