I mean….you’ll still be micromanaged and deal with crappy customers from time to time….but the co workers are great, most customers are great, and you get free coffee!

I dont mind being micromanaged as long as it doesnt come from coworkers as well who are doing the same work as I am and I’ve worked there longer than them😑
I probably should have mentioned that before 😅 I think I should’ve been morr specific because my boss went from “oh that should go here” to “redo the entire thing” and only complaints.

You'll get micromanaged daily by your boss and verbally harassed by customers. Micromanagement mainly comes from keeping drive-thru times down. And Starbucks has temporarily discontinued some of its ingredients, so customers have been complaining about that.

As a person who works at a Tarbucks who used to work at a Starbucks, no.
It's just as awful feeling. We get harassed just the same for rhe same things. Team members are still going to be butt heads if they want to be, so will guests. Sorry you're in this mess

Welp it was worth a shot. Actually i might still consider starbucks because they get paid a dollar more than i do except I dont have to lift kitty litter and 60 lb bags of dog food every day :D

I live in AZ!! It was due to covid but as of recent news they are increasing the pay to $23 nationwide💰💰💰
