AH, okay!! Yeah I'm happy to help with that. Please be aware that the drinks are different sizes though, so maybe have a supervisor check over what I'm putting here, as this is the standard in my UK store!
In general for the hot drinks, there are lines inside the milk steaming jugs. Short, Tall, Grande, Venti. The US has Trenta as well, the size above Venti!
Latte: 2%/semi-skimmed milk/regular milk. Steam for ~2 seconds. Pour shots directly into cup: S1, T2, G2, V3. Pour milk on top and finish.
Caramel macchiato: regular milk, steam for 4 seconds. Pour shots into a shot glass. Put syrups into the cup. S2, T3, G4, V5. Pour milk into cup, pour shots on top. Caramel drizzle on top, around twice and then across vertically for 7, across horizontally for 7.
Cappuccino: steam milk for 8 seconds. Pour shots into cup. Milk on top and finish
Mocha/white mocha: steam milk 2 seconds. Queue shots (this means press the shots button, and get the syrups while the machine is rumbling) syrups as needed. Pour shots. Give the cup a little swirl once the shots have poured, to mix the mocha properly. Milk and then whipped cream on top.
Hot chocolate: steam milk 2 seconds. Add mocha syrup to cup. Milk on top and whipped cream to finish
PSL: Steam milk 2 secs. Queue shots, add syrups as necessary. Milk on top, whipped cream, PSL powder on top.
Flat white: this is ALWAYS in a short cup! Use whole milk, 4%. Steam 2 secs or less. 2 shots coffee.
I hope this covers some of your basics! As I said, clarify with someone in your store, as some of the things may differ between UK and US!
