I’m a new hire and after 2 weeks in I told my SM I needed to drop down to part time instead of full time, because I accepted a better paying full time job. She said okay and that’s she would work with me, but instead she fired me without telling me. I only found out because my partner number doesn’t work anymore.

You're absolutely not fired. Call your workplace, ask to speak with your manager.

Technically you can go immediately to a termination, but OFTEN and ESPECIALLY now with covid, it requires many write ups.

There's a mistake somewhere. And if there isn't a mistake and you were fired for some bullshit reason, call the district manager.

I’m in Oklahoma and it’s a “Right to Work” state so any employer can fire without warning with or without reason unfortunately.

Starbucks itself typically doesn't operate that way though! You gotta jump through a lotta loopholes to fire someone so they can protect their corporate ass from being sued for wrongful termination

Pls pls pls check up with your manager! 👍 Best of luck man
