Lmfao, that has happened to me. I just tell them to look at the sticker and once they see their name and the size they ordered they apologize. Best feeling ever

ohhh i had this happen the other day. even after i pointed out she ordered the wrong size it was still my fault because “i always coke here and order a venti! you should know that by now”

no offense but i have more important things to do than memorize every customers order 🥴

Just say, “Check the receipt on your app, it will tell you what size you ordered.” They usually take it and leave ☺️

Situations like that make me want to join a fight club of some sort so the volume on my life can be turned down a few notches.

I love when they try to tell me “I paid for x/y/z” as justification to get rude with me and I take their cup and walk them through what the sticker says to show them that no, you did not order x/y/z. However, if you would like, I’ll *happily* make you a new one to your specifications since I saw the light die from your eyes as you realized that you weren’t going to be able to pull one over on me and shrunk down to your quiet embarrassed demeanor. You might have even thrown in a thank you at me for being so kind and polite through our entire connection.

had a customer mobile order a plain bagel. that’s it. but when i gave her the bag she got mad and rudely asked “does it not come with cream cheese and a knife?! 😡” i told her no (but that i’ll just give her one cuz im a coward 😔 lol)

like when they order it thru the app hot and they want it iced ugh dumbasses
