My coworkers did that with eight (8) cans. My shift told me to empty it into the garbage bc it would clog the sinks, it filled like two inches on the top lmao.

Shift here, I told my staff of closers not to make too many whips because it was happening so often. I also told other shifts that I wasn’t going to do milk runs for heavy cream if that continues. Especially since it would be a waste the store’s money and of my time getting them. I hate it.

We go through whip in like 4 hours. It never has time to expire in our store.

Yup. We start with every whip in the building made. Sometime between 1-3pm daily we panic as we grab the last one out of the fridge.

4 cans of whip expired the other day and it filled up the entire bottom of the sink :)
