The other day a woman came to the drive thru for her mobile order at peak. I was told they were still working on it, because it was
8 Venti fraps (😭)
We only had two drinks done, and we had a line wrapped around the building, so I asked her to park and then come back through in a few minutes.
Soon enough, she came back through the drive thru, and they still weren’t done, so I asked the bar about it, and they said they were almost done. I connected with the customer while they finished making them. She told me that she only comes twice a month and gets the same order and she puts the drinks in her freezer, and this was her first time doing a Mobile order.
When the drinks were all ready and in carrying trays I handed them out and she said “oh! For the mochas I don’t want whip! I don’t mind if you scrape it off.” So I tell the bar and they get a little frustrated, but they scrape off the whip. As I hand out the fixed drinks she says “the mochas are Decaf right? I can’t have caffeine, I could die.”

You can imagine how frustrated bar was. Like I felt so bad.
We ask her to park and we told her we would bring her drinks out to her when they are ready.
They remake all the caffeinated drinks (I think there were like 4 or 5. I don’t remember exactly.) and then we carry the drinks out to her and she was so nice, I must say. She left a 30 dollar tip.
