try to get all of your shifty responsibilities out of the way as early as possible (pull, orders, etc.) so you’re able to focus on being on the floor for peak. also utilize the play builder, it makes setting up the floor so easy and every role has their responsibilities clearly stated. as for having a good peak, other than deploying the floor with intention and strategy, the best thing you can do is make your baristas excited to work. i try to set a goal for peak (trying to reach a 60 customer half hour or beating our window time from the previous morning) and keep all partners motivated and engaged in reaching this goal. making it like a game and making it fun leads to everyone wanting to do their best and with no other wrenches in your plan it’ll run smooth and everyone will leave feeling accomplished

Any way you can possibly get someone to help cover that for the one partner that’s MIA?
And remember, you are a SSV for a reason. You got this. It doesn’t have to be 100% perfect. Have fun with it.
