So, I’m about a week, I’ll have been a partner for 10 years. I got a pretty cool plaque but with it came a appear saying it should be present to me by my SM and DM and possibly in a celebration type way. My boss has had this thing in a box on her desk for awhile and forgot to give it to me so one of the other shifts told me about it. My boss and DM did nothing. Feels like the equivalent of “It is your birthday,” but at least Dwight and Jim tried. Here’s to 10 years guys. Am I being irrational about this?
