How can I find out exactly what the benefits are? (ON, CANADA) (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m not eligible for benefits yet, but I will be soon and I’m curious as to what’s included. I found the pamphlet-thingy online but it’s SO vague. For example -
“We offer partners discounts at local businesses, national retailers as well as service providers who provide voluntary benefit programs like discounted home and auto insurance, fitness club memberships and more.”
Okay, good to know! What exactly ARE the businesses?
I’m mainly curious about the dental benefits. My parents don’t have great dental benefits, so I’m wondering what starbucks would cover. Any other Canadian partners mind sharing the specifics of what’s included?

the discount thing is through lifeworks, there’s an app you download and sign in with your partner id and it shows all the retailers.
for benefits, you have to work 240 hours per quarter to qualify (works out to about 19 hours a week). i got an email when i worked enough hours to qualify, and you pick and choose aspects of the benefit plan to fit your needs.
